One contract covers everything below. You never chase a farmer, a lab or a freight forwarder — that is our job.

    Sourcing at origin

    Field buyers contract vetted smallholder collectives across Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi and Maluku before harvest. Volume and farmgate price are locked early, and every lot stays traceable to its district.

  2. 02 · At the warehouseDried to spec, then graded

    Grading & processing

    Moisture, admixture and volatile-oil checks at our origin warehouses. Grading to ASTA, ESA or SNI spec; steam sterilisation, cutting and grinding on request.

    Documentation & compliance

    Phytosanitary certificate, Certificate of Origin, fumigation record, COA lab analysis and export customs clearance — prepared, filed and couriered by our export desk.

  4. 04 · At the portOut of Tanjung Perak, Surabaya

    Freight & delivery

    FCL and LCL sea freight out of Tanjung Priok, Tanjung Perak and Makassar; air freight for vanilla and samples. Incoterms to suit: FOB, CIF or DDP to your door.
